Obi

Hailing from West London, Obi is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter whose sound seamlessly blends soul with the rich underlying tones of reggae and afrobeat, a nod to her Jamaican and Ghanaian heritage. Beginning her journey as a classically-trained pianist, her deep passion for music led her to become a self-taught guitarist and drummer.

This eclectic approach defines her artistic style, allowing her to bridge genres from House and RnB to Folk and Indie. A seasoned performer, Obi has collaborated and toured with acclaimed acts including Maverick Sabre, Dego, Honey Dijon, HAAi, The Shapeshifters, Maribou State, and George FitzGerald. She gained significant recognition with her work on Clipz’s "Say Less," named a “Hottest Record” on BBC Radio 1 Currently, she is releasing her own self-penned material playing all instruments herself with collaborations featuring Maverick Sabre and co-production from PRGRSHN (Stormzy, Mahalia).
